Informational Update on the Downtown Area Master Plan
Summary:
The consultants facilitating the downtown area master plan process, PUMA, will be in Rapid City November 2 – 4, 2015.  They have requested to give an overview of the project to the City Council at their November 2, 2015 meeting. The purpose of this site visit is to meet with a variety of stakeholders in working group sessions. The consultants were also in Rapid City collecting data and conducting interviews on October 21 – 23, and September 9 – 11. Public engagement activities occurring in future trips to Rapid City include open houses, online surveys, and design charrettes.
